These are another great minimalist shoe, like the Vibram FiveFingers, but these ones actually look like a standard shoe! I don't dislike the look of my Vibrams, on the contrary, I love the things. However, for formal events, these will do a little bit nicer, while still allowing me to get the barefoot feel.
I ordered these from ClassicSportShoes.com, here. The only come in stock once every few months (I waited about four months), so get a pair now if you're looking for them. I've seen, in person, a pair that's nearly three years old (brown color), and while they look worn, they are still holding up.
