Workout was felt kind of slow tonight - going through the motions, but it was good to do.

- 5x5, last rep eccentric
- too much cheating on these ones
Adv. Tuck FL Eccentrics:
- 5x2x(8s)
ROM+ Pull-ups:
- 3x3
Manna Progressions:
- a bit of practice, was decent enough
