Evening Workout - 2hrs:
Warm-up:
- bands and stuff
Handbalancing:
OAHS Practice:
- 20 minutes, pretty good
Straddle Planche Practice:
- 10 minutes, pressing from straddle L, decent
- hitting the proper height, but for only fractions of a second
Strength:
Rings PPPU: 5x5, as before
Rings ICPO: 4x3, with a block 3/4th down the calves
Tuck FL Holds: 3x(max)
OA Ring Rows: (lots)x(lots), with a good incline to make it easier
Manna Progressions: 3x(max)
Curls: 3x(several) with a band wrapped around a dumbbell handle
