Easy day today, in order to rest up for what I was hoping would be a good Chairs practice/rehearsal tomorrow. That ended up getting cancelled, actually, but whatever. It's still good to get some additional forearm/wrist/hand recovery work in there.
Workout was a bit of light practice on OAHS, several long HS holds, about ten minutes of rice bucket work, then contrast baths for the forearms.
