Mon 1.30.12: Chairs, Rings, MXP, Strength

Sleep: 6.5hrs + misc quick naps
Diet: great
Stress: great

2hr Gymkana practice. Started with chairs. Moved to rings for a little while (just working handstands up there). Then ran through the MXP routine with Ingrid a few times (still rusty). Not a terribly productive practice, but good.

When I got home, spent 1hr working on some light strength work. 2 sets of rings PPPU, several sets of straddle planche attempts, several sets of various biceps curls, manna progressions, and active stretches. Also, some SMR for the hips.
