Sleep: 6.5hrs overnight + 4hr nap

Finally got caught up in sleep with that nap.
Hips are feeling tight and sore today from stretching during yesterday's workout.
Went slackrope walking for about an hour in the afternoon. F'ing amazing weather today - couldn't stay indoors.
Evening Workout - 1.5hrs:
Warm-up:
- bands and mobility
Strength:
Rings Sequence: FL -> MU -> PL -> BL
- 6x1
- adv. tuck for FL, flat tuck for PL, half lay for BL
- generally fell out of the planche to back lever once hitting ring height
- letting my hands ride up too far along the sides; need to keep them by the waist
Rings HS:
- 4x(max)
- in a tuckstand, legs gently against the straps
- doing this on low-rings underneath my pull-up bar
Wall HSPU:
- 4x4, last rep eccentric
- full ROM on the first three reps
Straddle Manna:
- 6x(max), tuck press, extend, hold
Curls:
- 4x7 w/ 45lb barbell and a band
Cool-down:
- stretching/massage throughout the workout
