- 5x3, L position with an assist
- block placed halfway down the calves
Front Lever Progressions:
- 4x(max) flat/adv. tuck
Wall HSPU ROM+:
- 4x4, hands on 3" raisers
- first 4 partial ROM, last rep eccentric to floor
Conditioning:
- stretching/SMR throughout
- push-ups, rows, hollow rocks, and curls at the end for conditioning
- 5 minutes of rice bucket for fingers
