- 4 reps horizontal + 1 eccentric, as before
OA Rows:
- 4x(3/3), with assist
- emphasized eccentrics
Rings HSPU:
- 3x5
- w/ rings nearby floor
- tuck press to HS
- wrap feet on straps
- HSPU with wide hand position
Manna Progressions:
- 5x(max)
- managed to bust out a couple of solid V-seats; 2 second holds, legs vertical, elbows straight (on video)
Cool-down:
- stretching throughout the workout
