Training rambling: current weak points.

Training has been going well these past few months, though it isn't terribly focused. Mostly playing things by feel, but it works out.

Anyway, there are some things I need to focus on more specifically for my three strength goals:

OA Handstand:
* finger strength
* activation in abs, glutes, quads, calves
* full shoulder extension
* head-in position

Planche:
* wrist mobility
* wrist/finger strength
* activation in glutes/abs for straddle hold
* general pressing strength
* opposing biceps strength

Iron Cross:
* shoulder depression
* biceps strength
* elbow conditioning


Throwing in just a bit of finger work lately has helped my OAHS improve DRAMATICALLY. Each of these points is a weak link that's holding back overall progress. Time to fix that.
