Tue 1.17.12: PPPU, ICPO, HSPU

Sleep: mediocre
Diet: great
Stress: good

Got around to this workout too late in the evening. I was already beginning to doze off a bit when I started, and I had to cut it short before doing the manna and conditioning work I had planned. On the upside, the fatigue helped me get a solid night of sleep.

Workout went slowly because of side work I had to take care of during the rest breaks and the general fatigue.
