Evening Workout - 1.5hrs:
Warm-up:
- 2 cups of coffee
- some bands and stuff
- couple of OAHS (decent)
Handbalancing:
Planche Practice:
- about 20 minutes of messing around with presses/lowers to planche
- I can support a good lean forward now in PPPU, but can't break off the floor
- problems seem to be hip flexibility, low back strength, and wrist flexibility/strength
Strength:
Rings PPPU: 3x5 (4 reps + 1 eccentric, as before)
Ring Rows: lots
Rings FL -> MU -> PL -> FL: 5x1 (flat tuck position)
Manna progressions.
Conditioning:
- wrist and hip mobility throughout the workout
- about 100 push-ups at the end, done in a few sets at a pace to break a sweat
